Lame Membership Numbers - Whats the fix?

Be interesting to see what the geographical split is for those that took out a membership.
If a particular area has fallen off then Mayer needs to do something about it.

Be interesting to watch the bandwagon supporters/whingers come flicking back when we win a few.

Fickle bunch.

"IF" there are any fans on this forum who have not signed up as yet, would be interesting to hear there reason why.
Might give us an insight as to why the No's are so low.
Don't know if this has be done before ?

it's interesting to note that it's cheaper to become a member and go to 8 Wests Tigers games at ANZ than to go to just one day at the cricket, test match or a one dayer.

because we are a supposedly big club.

parra are well past 10k.

hell even penrith are ahead of us.

So buy a membership.

For me, I can't commit to games, so I buy the no game membership. Have done past 5 years. I then look at the merchandise and logo (received in members pack) and think why bother?!? I still buy merchandise (from the club) to support and go to 1 or 2 games a year, but seriously the merchandise range and design is rubbish. I get its about cost and cheaper to produce overseas but come on the logo is cheap and nasty and is a poor representation of the Wests Tigers.

is that referring to me?

im a student with not that much money and i forked out a couple of hundred for a 16 game membership for next year mate. :crazy

Renewed on Thursday. Upgraded this time to the Anz one. Only took me this long due to it not really being on my mind and other things on. I think it will spike early next year when people start getting the footy vibe

You peep's still talking about this… I've told you all before that 92.8% of those that claim to be Wests Tigers fans are bandwagoners. Simple....

Oh yeah … Thanks for reminding us .... We'd forgotten !!!!!!!

I was thinking today about why our numbers are so low, and thought that the uncertainty around the club may have a lot to do with it - the unknown halves, no real big name signings, poorly under-performed for the last two years, Potter close to being axed at the end of last season - will he survive this year … But then I looked at Parra's tally and how much of a basket case they are, and they're TRIPLE what we are. I don't get it.

parra was 4.8k same time last year, now 10k after another wooden spoon.

don't get it at all.

Its obviously a manipulation of the numbers through smarter package options which increase the number of ticketed members.

I'd be very surprised if the 'revenue' from these packages has increased!

why does it have to be that?

we are close to last in memberships, the panthers are smashing us and so are the dragons (despite only starting to sell those a few weeks ago). don't think it's impossible for such a popular club like parra to take advantage of it's supporter base and get a lot of members

Can someone let me know how the numbers are going? Had a look at the WT site and non tech savvy me (or stupid/blind) did not see them.
