Milford as well. Say what you like about him but he’s still top shelf.

id prefer younger talent over him....... borderline top shelf

Hes 25

looks older than he is.....imo

I'm sure the club knows what is going on behind the scenes, but from the outside looking in it seems like we might have to say take it or we are moving on. We dont want to get dragged into a Mitchell's travelling circus act, or be made to feel second best. I'm sure he's motivated by the money which is fine but the glamour clubs arent exactly falling over themselves with a million buck offers. Time for the deadline if he signs great if not we need other targets if theres any left.

Its only been two weeks today ...feels like a Millennium

how time goes by when ur stressing out

Not stressing at all .....the problem now is the amount of quality players left gets smaller and smaller as every day passes

We can fix that by keeping communication open with other options. Go ahead and sign someone like lomax if he takes too long.

The problem only exists if we put all our eggs in one basket.

Probably end up with Dufty/Johnston if we miss on LM

I think we should be concerned that we could very well miss out on Lomax because these people were stuffing around with this contract ....

Zac Lomax wants FB spot and about 600.

We should probably tell LM here is a million, but you have until Friday. Deadline. Not flexible.

If he hesitates, offer 600 to Lomax and move on.

600k for Lomax? As far as I can tell he's had 13 games with 2 line breaks and 1 try assist.

Haven't seen that much of him, but am I missing something?

Not many "quality" players have actually left their current clubs for another - even though there has been talk about plenty being available.
When LM signs with someone that may create some movement but alot of the talk about players that are available and or up for sale hasn't amounted to many moving on at this point.

Matt Logue writing as if he's signed already

**WESTS TIGERS**

Who’s in: Billy Walters (Storm), Jake Simpkin (Broncos), Reece Hoffman (Wynnum-Manly), Luciano Leilua (Dragons)

Who’s out: Mahe Fonua (Hull FC), Robbie Farah, Ben Matulino, Robbie Rochow (retired), Esan Marsters (Cowboys), Ryan Matterson (Eels)

Off-contract 2020: Oliver Clark, Matt Eisenhuth, Robert Jennings, Chris Lawrence, Benji Marshall, Sam McIntyre, Chris McQueen, Paul Momirovski, Alex Seyfarth, Dylan Smith, Elijah Taylor

Re-signing priorities: Luke Brooks is one of the game’s best halves at his best but he needs to be more consistent. That said, Brooks is a key player and he will only become better with a star player like Latrell Mitchell outside him. The recent re-signings of Alex Twal and Luke Garner will prove strong assets to the pack.

Transfer targets: Latrell Mitchell. The two-time premiership winner is a franchise-changer for the Tigers, especially if he can continue his freakish form from previous seasons at the Roosters and on the Origin and Test stage.

Our verdict: With the addition of Mitchell, the Tigers immediately become a genuine contender. Michael Maguire has the strike, now the players must aim up consistently to push for a premiership.

I've returned to see if there are any links to the podcast guy licking his shoe.
Leaving disappointed.

The worrying this is he is not a bloke trying to get some spotlight, he is a real fan and his 'source' came from the club directly. He was incredibly confident.

So, you have to think that some people in the club were also.

The longer it drags on, you'd have to think our chances are diminishing.
