Lawrence = our true leader

Watching Lawrence question the ref post the JRank collision try to Souths, I thought to myself that this guy is our real leader.

Doesn't talk himself up, doesn't get selfish or go missing, makes his tackles, takes hard hitups at speed, gets asked to play 5/8th and just does his job. Tonight 101 metres and 32 tackles.

Big shout out to Rowdy.

He was fantastic again tonight…been our most consistent all year...

Well done Rowdy...enjoy the win...

last week he was really good too but i think we need to be careful it is a contract year for him

Yes,and he needs to be re-signed!
Why he is not captain I can't understand,I can't think of another player who wears the jersey with more pride.

Heart and soul of this team. Should be captain. Nothing against Woodsy, but his appointment was pure PR with his beard and the 2041 business. Rowdy is the true captain of this club.

He should be our captain for sure. He represents us so well and he plays hard every game. A quality person and a quality player.

I think only his prior form and injury history kept him out of the gernsey. He is one true leader. I think everyone is happy to see him get back to where he is now.

The post match vid just shows how good this guy is http://www.nrl.com/160428–chris-lawrence/tabid/10959/contentid/841714/default.aspx

Since been moved to the 2nd Row his led by example. His involvement in everything is quite noticeable.

I'm stoked he has turned his form around as the last thing I wanted to remember Lawrence was finishing his Career with the form he was displaying as a Centre.

I really respect this Man, has always shown himself to be all class and IMO sould have been our captain.

The instinct to salute the faithful crowd yesterday
The Double fist pump
The Composure and thoughtful answers in the Channel9 interview
The humility in changing positions
The negotiations to extend stay here

Yeah, I really like this guy

Ill put my hand up. Before his switch to the forward pack I wanted him gone. I thought the ROI on him was terrible and it would be best to cut ties.
Pleasingly he has taken to the backrow quite expediently and is always adding something to his play in this position. He has been reinvented as a player and now we are getting our moneys worth out of him.
Well done on another very solid performance.
