All the talk of Braith going to the pack to replace Liam…maybe its Chris' time and Braith goes to the centres
What do yas think?????????????????????

I am totally in favour of Anasta going to centre. Centre link, that is, just after his sacking.

  finally a good anasta joke!

i hope everyone on here has to eat humble pie tomorrow at 5pm, but im not bold enough to openly defend braith given he's been well below par in 2013\. I think he was only considered this year because he played most of last year injured (out of necessity) and his experience, else he'd be playing the windsor wolves after austin's performances lately

Centrelink wouldn't even cover his latè bill

He's trying but he's not up to it anymore…use by date a few years ago

Dont blame Braith....blame the fools who recruited him, left him as a parting gift for us

Our pack his little oomph as it is

Rowdy moving in wont help, besides…a move such as this should have an off season training for it before hand

Lawrence to lock, Simona to the centres. Anasta would kill us in the centres.
Lawrence could well be a revelation in the pack. He has one of the best tackling techniques in the club, he still has enough pace to wreak havoc in the middle of the park. Defensive decisions would be much easier for him. Ultimately you know what you're going to get with Lawrence. You'd get a consistent effort rather than a Blair or Thompson 4 hitups each style of game.
Lawrence could be the next Luke Lewis.

I can't wait until Blair goes. Its not like he is complete dross. He is just an average footy player getting paid like a superstar and it makes it hard to drop him. Maybe Lawrence at lock would go great however I'd be inclined to wait until next season to make that call.

Lawrence has never had the ball skills of Luke Lewis.

I cant see it working. Not big enough or skill enough IMO.

He is a straight running fast centre. Well at least he should be.

It will be bad reads in both positions.

Its a NO from me.
Anasta was in the centres for a game or half of it and i didnt see a different performance.

I dont think Rowdy can adopt like Curtis can and transition into the pack

Wouldnt that be nice ??

We have fults that tries to play like Lewis but the poor bloke gets belted too much too often.
If he had a lot more penetration we would have Lewis's twin in Fulton playing for us.

curtis never adopted to the pack, he was _made_ for the pack!

but i do agree with ya. Lawrence was pretty solid against the dragons though, i think he can be a decent centre for us this year. Had good metres, good tackles, good defence. It was nothing exceptional but that's perfectly fine. Can't be exceptional every single game
