That's saying something.
I'd be interested in knowing if the pro parra stadium being wests home ground still feel the same?
Yes, i really like Bankwest, especially now nothing is going to happen with ANZ.
I’m really starting to hate BankWest. It’s one of, if not the only grounds where the teams enter the playing field on the opposite side of the field to where their fans are located. Only the media and Corporates are allowed on the Western side of the field. So the only way fans get to see entertainment, presentations etc is to watch it on the big screen. I get a better experience at home in that regards. It’s not configured that way at Leichhardt, Campbelltown or ANZ and a few others as well. Yes there are still fans on the opposite sides of the fields at these grounds but at those grounds fans aren’t excluded from the side the players are on.
That is my only gripe with the stadium, I feel less connected on the Eastern side of the ground and I also don't like sitting in the sun. Though I have seats on the 50 metre line at Bankwest with lots of other supporters around me, at ANZ you are miles from the action and a lot of times we are the only ones in our row. It is just way too big for our purposes and there is nothing around it to do before and after the game.
I find it particularly annoying, as you’ve probably noticed, I like to take pictures and at BankWest as a fan I am excluded from the best vantage point.
I don’t really have a problem at ANZ my seats are pretty close to the action.
I've been a member for 20 years and for some reason they gave me terrible seats at ANZ but there really isn't any seats I like there. Its hard because I have the best seats in the Rugby League world at Leichhardt but sadly its days are numbered and Bankwest comes the cloest to providing me with similar seats.
It will be interesting to see how the new SFS is configured when completed.
The SFS is just too far for me and rules out Thursday and Friday night games.
We’ve moved this year closer to the city so the SFS is only about 25 minutes away via public transport.
I really hope we don't end up back at the SFS.
Liverpool here we come
