If true, this is great news. $60M could build a new modern stand in the north and rebuild the amenities completely. Doubles capacity and brings it into the 21st century. Also, you keep the hill and maybe even spruce up the Latchem Robinson stand and the Keith Barnes stand whilst maintaining heritage listing. Very doable!
