It appeared the players were making a statement today for the greater good of the WTs' future.

You are deluded if you think a change of coach will fix things.

It's pretty clear the players weren't playing for him and that was very early on in the season,

They get paid to play for the club. It's a professional sport. Maguire aside Paws you cant possibly defend /turn a blind eye to the insipid performances of the players their lack of mental toughness and attitude. Stefano chased down the fastest bloke on the field and tackled him when the game was done. Was he doing that for Maguire or because he has some self pride and guts? They are the players we want.

For one i am glad it happened - There is no point living in Dreamland - The board can see it all in front of them CHANGES ARE REQUIRED NOW not Tomorrow - but NOW . If no action is taken 2022 will be even worse than the 2021 campaign. We have hit rock bottom- that is the positive. It is what the club board does from now. Balance Sheets do not win games. Start from the top and make your way to the waterboy.
Another year like this cannot and will not be accepted by the FANS

I went to the Game today and will give a detailed review of what I saw later.
Needless to say I left with 15 mins to go and did not miss anything.

One things for sure at least after a performance like that questions should be asked.

Sadly that game shows where we are. Some of the people put out there today are not up to first grade.

At this stage we will have no backs to start the year next year.

Get rid of Madge now. get a coach in with a few roster spaces and plenty of cap room. Youngsters will not ability will be trying to jump off this train wreck quick smart.

We have improved the club greatly. No more signing cap killers like Reynolds, Packer, Matulino & Mbye. Our recruitment is now smart, look at BJ, JTJ, Joe O, Musgrove, Tamou.

Don't kid yourself, on the field we have gone backwards in the last 2-3 years

Ditto, after 55 odd years of support, this mob, along with the state of the game of rugby league in general these days, have finally killed me off.

There are more important things in life than bloody rugby league and supporting such a perpetually demoralising team is not something I want to subject myself to any longer.

Bring on the cries of “good riddance, you’re not a real supporter blah blah” posts, I don’t care. Life is too short to stay in a perpetual state of negativity for however many years I have left on this earth. Thanks everyone it’s been a trip, but it’s onwards and upwards to a life withouti rugby league for me from now on.

I’m happy for you that you have decided to walk away from the thing that drags you down. I’m sure there are plenty of us that would love to do the same. All the best for 2022!

For me in short. There is a problem. I dont know if its Madge but that was the most gutless effort I have seen for a long time. Sure we got knocked around by injuries bu where was the "Ok lets stand up".

Zac Cini is not and never will be a first grader. End of story. Might be a nice guy and have a cute haircut.

Jacob Liddle is not a good player. Has some flash but no real game.

Madden is every young half coming through with our hopes and dreams. Not a great player.

Stefano is the single best player we have had since our inception. Throw the goddamn book at him before we worry about anyone else.

Guess iam a masochist, I am so disappointed BUT also know as long as I live I will be lining up next year at Leichardt in expectation of new players and hope for my Tigers

I don’t see where we go from here it’s a new low we are going backwards at speed, there’s only one option when that happens the coach gets the bullet. Is it his fault alone no of course not but the players aren’t on board I wish we could put a broom through the lot of em except for a rare few. Are the players tanking, I dunno is the game plan and selections questionable probably.
All I know is if it’s going to happen it needs to be quick and we need to give the new coach some time and cap space while we can. I expect there’s still plenty of player movements to come over the off season. This is largely a Madge squad bar a few he can’t attract and if we’re not careful we won’t retain the likes of Stef and Laurie ect

I really am keen to hear what you saw at the ground. How anybody continues to defend the coach of this team baffles me. They are selected poorly and have no strategy. Are boring and predictable to watch, lack creativity and imagination and defend like imbeciles…. The coach has to go!
