Not about rolling the Panthers.. it's about showing some heart, bit of passion for the jersey. They look like powderpuff girls out there. Afraid to put the shoulder into tackles… waiting for the player to come to them and not pushing up in the line. We're making them look like superstars. The intensity from the Cowboys game is long gone. The fact we are now relying on Edwards and Lovett to a) stop the rot and b) get us back into the game is a joke in itself.

Cracks that have had paper mache put over them have been burst through yet again. Seriously nothing has changed in the last 4 years as far as our defense goes. We are on our way to conceding just as many points this year as had us running second last, last season. Add to that the ever present lack of mental toughness when the 50/50s don't go our way. Nothing has changed. It really is the same old every year.

No, but I did expect a hell of lot better effort, especially with the chance of a finals appearance and the way they've been playing past few weeks. I thought we were a team on the improve, but I was wrong.

Let's be honest here, Penrith are on fire, sometimes when a team is in this kind of mood and rolling through you it's very difficult to stop. It's not so much poor defence it's being totally dominated in every aspect the defence is a symptom of that. Not many teams could of contained Penrith's onslaught in that first half.
