**Live game thread**

as usual, year after year, refs are strongly biased against WT :deadhorse:
They gave (the bad guys) penalties whenever they need it.
We lost 3 games by only 2 points, some fans with 2 nano seconds attention span,.
forgot when we lost a game it was by more than 20 points, game after game.
Thompson was again our best player, and by miles our best player,Lolohea is so far behind
that is not funny.
Fonua, Marsters, Grant, and Naiqama played very well.
Chee-Kam, Marshall and Lawrence were rocks and diamonds.
IMHO, Liddle should be given more time.
Go Tigers :sign:

Can.t find a penalty count anywhere. I would say 80% to parra

I thought that a tackle is complete when elbows hit the ground …. but no I have now learnt that it is still in play and a strip is okay. There were some tough calls and we have had them since the Bronco game

I don't normally comment on Refs but we certainly got the rough end of the pineapple tonight. We cost ourselves badly with poor discipline and handling although it's fair to say our discipline wasn't as bad as the penalties might suggest.
Trying to have a positive outlook, we have to remember the players out injured and that with a touch of luck we could have won.
This year we all have higher expectations and that probably says a lot about how the team is developing.

Some of our forwards seem to go missing and when we did get the ball we turned it over, that first half was bog average and the second half wasn’t much better with dumb penalties and costly missed tackles.

2 points from a loose carry "strip", 2 tries from forward passes yet we threw the only forward pass, stripped while on the ground tackled, called tackled when not, and 9-5 penalties. Was there an agenda?

It's real hard to not think something is up isn't?

We didn't help ourselves, but damn, those are some big errors from the refs which only helped one side.

What about before Parras 3rd try, they throw a loose ball on the ground, its hits one of there players foot and goes into the player in front of them, they then pick it up and run 50m down field and score.

I swear I saw that! Couldn’t believe the refs didnt

When ET is ready again, we cannot carry a hooker on the bench. Missed Twal and his work in the middle big time today too.

Time to make some changes. I never want to see Godinet again. The wannabeast can go to.

Hopefully some players back and the changes to be made..Godinet certainly was not the worst there tonight

the referee certainly read the script.Tigers werent suppose to win.
the dummy half penalty against the boncos, skd moving off the mark and masters called back to play the ball.
surely the football gods will smile on us soon.

Turning point was dumb arse Marshall kicking on the 3rd …
Garbage at this level
Time to blood Gamble

It was the right call, at the time we we're struggling to complete a set and we just needed to kick chase and build pressure.
The real turning point was Matalino. You'll know what I mean once you watch the reply.

Parra scored of that possesion, so I am saying dud call to kick, we needed 5 hit ups and a lot better kick for field position

I didn’t watch the game but quite a number of posters have mentioned more than one player having “feet for hands” and Benji of old doing silly things plus a few players having awful defense so I can’t take the ‘refs did us over’ rubbish.

Earlier in the season we lost penalty counts but won games with stout defense. This doesn’t seem to be the case now. Cleary will start to earn his money now.

Still, we only lost by 2 and we played terribly. Missing some really key players and still unsettled at hooker. No idea why Godinet started and was on for the whole first half..

Anyway, at least we're still competitive despite all of this and can get back to winning ways with close to our original squad back on the park hopefully soon.
