It's shows the character of these guys that they don't even realise what scum they are.

How good is it having Nofo in the team showing them what it means to be a Tiger.
 
Well…. We couldn't construct anything so I'll take a fluke arsey try to win the game any day... Especially against these dogs.
Hopefully Reynolds gets done for the attempted trip as well
 
Small improvement on number of fronts.
We may be making some progress.
For once I don't plan to kick the cat on way to bed tonight. She is glad too.
 
unlucky not to win by quite a few more I thought
- CheeKam denied a try when from all we could see Nofa didn't look offside
- Nofa run down jsut short of the line on the long one
- Tedesco held up by a player who shouldn't have been their but somehow it wasnt a penalty try

These were just 3 examples when we should have scored and didn't

Does confirm we need to get better of finsihing off points

Also despite Kev getting the try he was rocks and diamonds today and too many rocks for my liking

The statement today of Kev and Grant considering their options for next year - I'm assuming those options are Super League or NSW Cup

Grant considering leaving too apparently, hell what a loss that would be, a barge over and drop the ball on the 3rd tackle, follow up with a penalty on the 5th tackle, he will be hard to replace. :astonished:

A lot went against us too.

Chee Kam was onside imo on try 1.
Dogs rorted HIA. Tolman and Eastwood both taken off HIA with a cut and leg injury only to come back on. 4 free forward rotations!
Elliott was held and then lost the ball in the lead up to Holland's try.
Brooks held off the ball from the strip at the end.
Penalty on McIlwrick for a great, great tackle that forced Morris to drop the ball.

We had the penalty count but rightly so. We were very well behaved.

I agree that MM should play 80 if he can. But Liddle is getting blooded and is doing well. Young small bodied fella defending in the middle in a weak defensive unit. I didn't see him miss one. McIlwrick actually flattens people though. He is excellent. How he took this long to make grade is beyond me.

It's generally also at a time when Woods is off the field and our go forward isn't quite the same. Having said that, I'm really liking Sue playing tight coming off the bench. He's not the biggest bloke but very strong and is getting 2-3 offloads away. A guy like Liddle will only improve with experience but McIlwrick has been our purchase of the season so far.

Judging by his injury he'll be out for a bit which hopefully inches him closer and closer to that door, Kev not too far behind
