The amount of cash our local member is pouring into Bathurst to shore up his profile we could well end up with a Bankwest Stadium here, the only problem is Panthers claim Bathurst as part of their junior area.

If not Bathurst, then Orange is suitably named for us haha.

Orange is the poor cousin ATM, due to the local member is a Shooters and Fishers.

Gotta re-develop Leichhardt or Campbelltown if we're serious about a home ground. Liverpool is no- mans land when it comes to our fan base

Liverpool will be good for nothing when the NOISY planes from Badgerys Creek roll in !

Have you ever been to Leichhardt? What a ridicuous comment.

Was my 1st thought too lol, Planes just about land on LO

That’s part of the ambiance of the place

I am not a NSW resident although i am sure the club has great information with postcode data to get a good idea where supporters are based.
Personally i would not want to share with another club, has anything good come of Sharing Bankwest stadium for the games we have played there so far we have a record of 3 wins / 7 losses.
Rather have leichhardt redveloped and Cambelltown as our two stadiums to reflect the amalgamation of 2 prior clubs. Both stadiums currently state capacity $20k.

And forever be known as a joint venture club.
Great point.
Why are we always referred to as a JV & Saints Illawarra arent?
All our home grounds.

One...and only one full time home will go some way to seeing our identity move to a club in its own right, and our history and past where it belongs....way back then.

As long standing Tigers Member and resident of Liverpool, I take exception to your pig-ignorant comments about the city of Liverpool. As one of the fastest growing LGAs in NSW, including the proposed Aerotropolis and associated infrastructure and employment through the Badgery's Creek Airport, a new campus of Western Sydney University, and a renowned teaching and expanding Liverpool Hospital, Liverpool is a vibrant, dynamic and evolving city.

Furthermore, I would hazzard a guess that on a pro-rata basis (look it up on Google) Liverpool would have more Tigers fans than your sleepy hollow of academic elites in Balmain.

You would, no doubt, know that Wests Tigers Junior teams use a space at The Whitlam Centre at Liverpool as part of their strength and conditioning training programs.

Well ....you probably wouldn't know any of that. Just let the 1950s ambience of Balmian wash over your thinking and spew forth with ignorance through your keyboard.

Liverpool and surrounds is the future of Wests Tigers. A stadium here, even if shared with the Bulldogs, would go a long way to building a sense of identity and ownership of a footy team by its community.

Do yourself a favour and take that short walk from Balmain, down Darling St Rozelle, to Callan Park. Book yourself in there. And, do us all a favour and leave your laptop at home.

Wow, I've never seen someone defend Livo with such passion. A little long winded but A+ for effort. Good job

However, I personally didn't think it needed to be defended, by running down another mercilessly.

You (Tiger Tragic) virtually did what you were complaining about.

I think there's a signifcant difference between generalising about the demography of Balmain and the likelihood of being a victim of crime (being mugged) in Liverpool. You can't see the difference?

All I can see is that you both put crap on those two mentioned areas.

I guess that is part of the problem when some people will only go to a ground that they want, everyone has a different view as what is best. Guess we better keep playing at 4 home grounds then.

This happened to me. When Wests moved to Campbo my commute went from 5mins to about 50 mins. But I did it every second week as there was no choice if you wanted to see your team play.
Once we started using ANZ, I went to all the games there and only the odd game at LO and CSS.

I don't think I can't ever wrap my head around using 3 grounds in one city. Would anyone think it would make sense for the cowboys to play some games at diary farmers?

I would love us to choose one ground, even if it is ANZ, I'll argue against ANZ until we make up our mind. I will still attend the games there, would just prefer a more appropriate ground for our needs.

have boutique games at LO and CSS the sydney teams guve us an advantage then pick a hone ground for remaining 8 games or so
please dont play any at tamworth etc

Thought something along the line a few years back in having a new stadium 30k built near the new airport. Would make the transport issues non existent.
Other teams would land and stay nearby the ground.
Logistically very effective and In an area that encompasses all of the south West.
