Not to mention sponsorship if the photo includes lote in a tigers jumper.. He could have flown first class for all I care. As long as it doesn't come under the cap or send the club broke, go for it!

He'd probably have a gazillion frequent flyer points too!

But in todays age of modern telecommunications & supposed post GFC austerity Im not sure this investment in time & money is justified unless Humphreys/ physical presence on the other side of the world is critical to push Lote over the line.
It feels more like an expensive foto opportunity for the press..but having said that,Humphreys has impressedso far so maybe a little boondog junket is deserved every now & again..!
**Seriously… this is what it has come to?**
Who cares? The bloke is our CEO and has to represent the club accordingly.
Expensive photo opp? So what... it will give the club great exposure and as a result... our membership will spike.

but seriously, could this be the last day of the lote thread? ah the memories….
@Footy Head Goodness said:If lote doesnt cost us getting other recruits in the next 2 years then all well and good. if it ties up money then its a waste. I doubt he will add a lot. Its a risk but if we can afford it who cares. If we can affort Mason id take him too.
