NRL stats only giving him one try assist? Had a major hand in 3.

Is it ? 1 was 29 when signed years off origin , the other has played 1 origin game and is 32 , with a history of hamstring issues , which If you know anything about hamstring / lower back injuries , don’t get better as you age, they progressively get worse .
But whatever , give us another hot tip , that’s 100% fabricated , and another asinine attack at one of our players . I’d like to say , I really enjoy your posts , but that would be a lie .

So tell us how many games in the last 3 years has Adam Reynolds dodgy hamstring kept him out of playing?

He’s 32 mate ! You want to spent a mil on a player with those issues ? Plus how many of those games did he finish on the sideline . He’s tough as nails , so he’d always get out there , and go down . You’ve got an agenda . Don’t pretend like you don’t .

I have an opinion, yes your right on our halfback. My agenda is to play finals football. My loyalty is to the team not to individual players. Let’s play with facts here and not keep bending them. Adam Reynold is currently 30 years of age ( not 32). Adam Reynolds has averaged 24 games a year for the last 3 years. What’s your agenda by continuing to post false information?

Nothing . He will be 32 if he plays for us next year . So it’s not bending anything . He turns 31 in the next few weeks . And having a pretty good understanding of the biomechanics of the hamstring and lower back injuries and how they connect . As I have had one . And spent some time with surgeons and specialists about how these things go, not to mention research I’ve done . And it’s clear it way worse as you get older. I think it’s too much of a risk . Plus I remember the guy named Reynolds we just released who was 32 , at the completion of his contract not the start . Take also into account he doesn’t really want to come here , he just wants to secure his position. So once again all enough for me to stick with what we have and see how it goes , as it’s been 3 games . I don’t want hear “we haven’t played finals for 8 years “ because really we only had a chance at making that the first year and maybe like 2 other seasons in there . The rest of the time the team was horrible and we’ve been backed for the spoon more times than I can remember . For me , we’ve missed the finals the last 2 years in this current regime . Anything that happened before isn’t applicable to anything other than your emotions .
We’ve had mismanaged players , bad coaches ,‘poor attitude , bad recruiting , disgusting facilities, no corporate support , even less media support , and one by one we are clearing it up . Now it’s the tough one of getting the guys on the field to win .
My position is clear , I want to win with tigers juniors , and kids who have bought in . For loyalty reasons , as I’m a loyal guy , but mainly for sustainability reasons , like being in that conversation for top 4 every year . And it doesn’t happen with signing mercenaries, who arnt someone like Cooper Cronk or James Maloney , and clearly can leave a legacy after they go .And both are light years ahead of Reynolds and proven winners of Multiple premierships.

To me Reynolds is a winner and someone who can lead a team around and achieve success. So let’s agree to disagree.

The dream of tiger juniors running around winning us comps is dead. I’m very happy with our recruitment drive in targeting all the best juniors and bring them over. The likes of Laurie, stefano and Simpkin is what we will get us into finals and they are all other teams juniors.

Tigers halfback Luke Brooks is excited for the club’s Easter Monday clash against the Parramatta Eels — claiming the annual fixture is his highlight of the season.

After the team claimed their first win of the season against Newcastle last Sunday, Brooks is eager to play in front of a packed house at Stadium Australia on Monday afternoon.

"We’ve had some great matches on Easter Monday, and it should be no different this week".

“It’s a great match to play in. We always get a big crowd and there’s a great feel about it. Hopefully we get as many Wests Tigers Members and fans there as possible.”

“The Eels are in some pretty good form. They had a tough win on the weekend against the Sharks,” Brooks said.

“They’re always a tough game, so we’ll have to match it with their middle.”

The halfback said the team is up for the challenge after beating the Knights in Round 3.

“Winning was a massive confidence boost. It was exactly what we needed after a disappointing two games,” Brooks said.

“It was really important for us. We weren’t happy with our start to the season because we knew we were better than that.

“That win. Will give us extra confidence and hopefully we can continue winning.”

How do you think you’d go with JWH charging at you when kicking, he gets suspended at times but also gets away with a lot and probably doesn’t care less

??? That’s literally what I mean . They’re targeting kids to grow together . I didn’t necessarily mean they had to have grown up in Ctown or Five Dock , I just meant growing together , and targeting guys who can buy into a culture because they’re the ones who are creating it , by and large .

??? That’s literally what I mean . They’re targeting kids to grow together . I didn’t necessarily mean they had to have grown up in Ctown or Five Dock , I just meant growing together , and targeting guys who can buy into a culture because they’re the ones who are creating it , by and large .

Well then Reynolds aside and we are on the same page lol

And the agendas lived happily ever after

Our agendas can co exist , it’s 2021 lol lol

Transagendas too?

What the lol lol. I’m not going there, being 2021 you can’t have an opinion on that.

**Wests Tigers hold meeting with Luke Brooks amid interest from North Queensland Cowboys**

The Wests Tigers have held a sit down meeting with halfback Luke Brooks to ensure the no. 7 the club wants the playmaker to remain at Concord.
Brooks still has this season plus two more at the Wests Tigers but has been heavily linked to the North Queensland Cowboys in the past fortnight.

Brooks, 26, played under 20s for Wests Tigers when Cowboys coach Todd Payten was coaching at the joint venture.

The Tigers spoke to Brooks in the lead-up to their first victory of the season over Newcastle last Sunday to assure the halfback the club wants to retain the local junior long-term.

“We’ve told Luke we believe in him and we want him to remain our halfback,” Tigers general manager of football Adam Hartigan said.

“There’s never been any indication about him wanting to play anywhere else.”

The Cowboys are expected to enter the open market in search of a playmaker with Michael Morgan currently exploring being medically retired.

The move will mean North Queensland is cashed-up and can make a play for an established half.

Current Cowboys no. 7 Jake Clifford has signed with the Newcastle Knights for next season and is believed to be committed to the deal.

The Tigers have been linked to English Super League Man of Steel Jackson Hastings over the course of the past fortnight.

The joint venture is looking at Hastings to fill a utility player style of position for next season and beyond.

Tigers coach Michael Maguire has personally spoken to Hastings.

No deal is expected to struck anytime soon.

This would be the Tigers best offload ever if this happens!

Please go Brooks. Bring in Madden.

Bring in anyone else!

Geeeez you write a fair comment and it gets downvoted heavily and immediately by the fan club. So tiring honestly. It’s like Brooks has his own online marketing team.
That, or memories worse than goldfish on here. This forum is worse than Facebook sometimes.

Yeah , I’m sure that’s what the down votes were for

Not the fact his solution was a 34 year old Jimmy Maloney or a Rookie who has barely stood out in reserve grade to take the reigns.

Don’t understand why so many people on here think you hit 30 and you’re then redundant.same people saying don’t sign Adam Reynolds or Jimmy Maloney.

Yes, let’s NOT sign an experienced half who has won comp(s) and played origin. Let’s stick with someone who’s played 150 games and somehow won a dally M three years ago.

Ah yes, we certainly have a winning attitude at the Tigers.

lol we literally just got rid of a player , who was the wrong side of 30 , great bloke “game changing “ leadership and winning culture guy. With injury concerns . Coincidentally he even had the same last name .
Nope ! We build from the ground up. It’s proven the only real way to compete .

You’re trying to compare Adam Reynolds to Josh Reynolds? Are you serious? That is the dumbest comparison of players of the same quality I’ve ever heard.

***I am happy to claim that Brooks is the worst half to ever play rugby league.***

And yet, Brooks is here in the NRL getting paid good money to play a first grade halfback and Josh Reynolds is rotting in old blighty........how do you figure?

His defence almost lost us that game ...he even screwed up the dive after he missed the original tackle

@Geo can hit harder than that

Oh goody, our weekly Brooks fluff piece. Strangely he seems much more vocal in the media than on the field. No wonder he likes the Easter Monday clash as it coincides with his annual visit from the Easter Bunny. Move along nothing to see here.
