As I understood it, Pascoe's main job was to get the joint shipshape financially (it wasn't when he took over) and to ensure the organisation's long term financial viability. Always thought Cleary was the one who pulled the plug on the Teddy negotiations whatever Pascoe's input may or may not have been. That said, I reckon Teddy was just going through the motions anyway and had already decided to leave. The membership department would come under Pascoe's management responsibility.

Teddy had friends in Moses and Woods...none of them had any intentions of signing with the WT, they strung us along and in the process we lost Paps

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has heard anything similar to what i'm about to share.

Was speaking to a mate of mine today, late 40s, successful businessman etc (just highlighting to provide some context of credibility - take it what you will), he used to play for Parra back in the day, is good mates with Mark O'Neil (buckets) and a lot of the old tigers players because he grew up in Balmain.

Anyway he told me today that he had heard, it was supposed to come out in the media this week about the fractured relationship between Madge and Pascoe, and that Madge thinks Pascoe is hopeless.

Anyway my only intention is to see if anyone else had heard something similar. I'm not saying that its true. But my mate is a solid guy.

Above my status within the Club.
Pascoe well unsure what his KPI's are but being Financial is certainly one to tick off.
Madge well needs to work on team's D and avoid the spoon this season.
