Find a CEO that’s run successful football clubs before.

They keep Maguire the club is done ! 100% agree with you all of that as I think the majority of Wests Tigers supporters do. But who cares about Wests Tigers supporters? Typical Wests tigers hierachy cop out.

What I do not understand how does the CEO influence the last 3 seasons of performances by these players and coach .. Sure the club can move forward with a new CEO but as a review of performance and failure on the park how does that fit in with anything !

Why not just axe them all? And the chair should resign, he is a fan and has no idea about the business side of footy, which is not based on rhetoric, unlike his vocation. And somehow clear Nofo and Brooks. The message should be if you can't move the club forward by working cohesively you are out. We can accept failure but not incompetence, sabotage and pea-hearts.

Honestly Dogs fans could have more pride in their sides effort this year. Let that sink in.

No problems seeing Pascoe out the door, but Hartigan is the one person you need to keep. Of course the word is Madge and Hartigan are not on the same page, well if they can’t work together it’s see you later Madge. Also if Madge can’t get on with Hartigan, how will he go with Sheens??

If it was my call, I would keep Hartigan and flick the rest..if there was a suitable replacement available.

Well you have to ask. Why was Madge successful everywhere else but suddenly can’t coach?

I’m not sold on him either but I think our CEO is a much bigger problem.

If the CEO is getting involved in recruitment and we can’t attract players. That’s not a good sign.

The word is that the documentary was agreed to by Pascoe against Madge’s wishes.

Pascoe has been suspended once already, allowed Ivan to ruin the club and played a big part in the big 4 debacle.

He needs to go.

On all the polls on the forum, plus the surveys on the wests life pod, Madge still has majority support.

I think we should still stick with madge.

Bring in some players with character and will to win - Hastings & Doueihi is a start but need a core group of 5-6 players in key positions

Move sheens into a more senior role, working closely with madge and haritgan

Replace assistants with decent younger assistants- with one identified to be groomed as a future first grade coach

Lastly, replace pascoe with a football ceo

I doubt that our Chair would have time to take on the CEOs role.
The longer this goes the more I think they will all survive but on a short leash.
Next year is “the season of long knives” both for administration and the players.
Perform, improve or be on your way.
