Me either, I get Madge might be passionate and I love that about him, but for whatever reason the players are not buying in, the side is not as bad as the ladder position suggests.
We have never been good at attracting top line players, but we have missed quite a few on Madge's watch, it can't be a coincidence

WT'S would be mad to get rid of Madge and if the Flanagan talk is correct it would make it worse he would most probably want to bring his son and his pharmacist with him.
With Tim Sheens due back he should be allowed to see out his contract with the players that will go from the roster a turn around is possible.If they still want Madge gone we should promote from within with coach Gardiner given a crack with the guidance of Sheens

Very few coaches these days have assistants that are capable of replacing them the only exception to that rule are coaches who have top 4 performing teams like Bellamy Bennett Robinson

Dont agree re Amone. He is a very good depth prop.

But yes, most of the rest are mediocre, which is something that Madge has identified.
