This isn't a WT supporter poll though and if I was another club's fan I would be voting for him to stay for the benefit of my side as well.

That said, I am in the minority here, even if not expecting that to last much longer. I do though hope that I am wrong, as following a nomadic team that doesn't make the cut is getting harder year on year. Even tougher for my 11 yo that only knows failure and I wouldn't blame him if he doesn’t last another season.

This game is more worrying than the manly game tbh and if we lose, heads need to roll.

I firmly believe our recruitment is currently going through a paradigm shift that players and managers need to get on board with. Tigers are no longer the push overs for the retirement and 2nd string signing contracts.

Exactly. I just don’t see how getting rid of Maguire will change things.

I would be investing in the best defensive assistant you can find.
