Manly injuries

Boys I didn't watch all the match but It did look like the warriors inflicted a lot of pain on manly. They will be carrying injuries for sure. Matai who feigns injury and then scores next touch has a thumb problem. Along with glen Stewart. Saw watmough get smashed as well. Tigers will need to be physical for 80 mins. I must say manly have been the best team over the weekend

I managed to watch Manly on replay and thought it was an impressive effort against a warriors side who were there to win. Some great tries scored and some tough defence.

I agree, they were the pick of the weekend. Hopefully the WCC and the GF replay has taken a lot out of them both physically and mentally.

Steve matai out, kieren foran out, Glenn Stewart out, and Ben Farrar also won't play.

what were the conditions that manly played in?

i have to think the tigers used up alot of juice from their game.

It was fine and sunny in NZ that day. It was not nearly as hot and humid as it was when The Tigers played. We need to lift big time if we want to beat the swamp cockies.

They pretty much had perfect conditions, however they have had two very hard games in a row now where they were hit hard. They have also lost 4 players.

Everything points to a tigers victory if the boys settle down a bit and play with patience.

I think our boys will be ok - Aaron Woods was tweeting about how good his body felt yesterday after a yoga session, and I assume he wasn't the only Tiger there. The most hurt from that game apart from Tedesco was Phil Rothfield I think….

I have a feeling that unless the guys aggravate anything at training, we'll field the same team with Humble at fullback, and Reddy taking humbles place on the bench.
