On the Manly players Brett only did some jump grap move nothing in it but he will be out injuried anyway. The 14 is the one who will be in trouble was involved in it in the first occurance and in the second.

My only concern is that someone didn't punch the crap out of Jamie Lyons - how come this little schoolgirl is continually allowed to whinge and whine to the refs, put forward his point of view of what they should do, tell them who he thinks they should penalise - and not once is he told to get lost - a few good uppercuts would have done - just enough to damage his voice box for the next 5 weeks.

G. Stewart & Blair will get 4 or 5 weeks, B.Stewart will get a holiday & the 14 from Manly will have a holiday as well, also Ray Hadlee on radio last night said the league were looking at calling in another 6 or 7 players for a chat. This was a showcase game last night 1 v 2 a big crowd a large t.v audience watching & the boss of the league wont be happy, heads will roll.
The only blokes that threw punches were blair and g. stewart, 1 on 1, so not too bad, but on the side line after they have been binned is not great.
And Lussick, his was a disgraceful act, whacking Blair while on the ground, the other manly players only came in and pulled them apart, which is fair enough, I d be disapointed if they were my team and they didn't go to help out, none of them threw punches.
Seeing Lussick again this morning it was terrible

Side note but Slater did the right thing last night stabilising Williams on the ground. Turns out Wolfman has a broken neck

While I don't particularly like slater as IMO he is a grug (great player but grub none the less), I grew a LOT of respect for him last night. Not only did he not move and help to stabilize wolfman, the look of concern on his face was genuine. Was refreshing to see this from an opposition player!!!

Tbh if manly and Melbourne lose players for 5-6 weeks it only helps us out dramatically
