Surprised people rate him tbh, he stunts our attack. He is slow and predictable.

Seeing teams like panthers play upsets me. They are so far ahead of us it is clear we are going no where foe the next 5 years at least. They are no in sync when attacking and defending its crazy...and we had their coach to make matters worse....

I feel we've yet to see Stefs best.
Supposed to be a Payne Haas clone.
Let's unlock that.
Workhorse (Twal) x Superstar prop (Utoikamanu) let this kid develope this year and work on all aspects of his game from smashing lines , speed, footwork offload and get him ready to be the best prop in the game in 2022 when we make our finals run.

The potential is there, we just need some polish. This guy needs improved D and more focus. Fitness needs to improve and he'll be a star. He has a lot to work on but 2021 is the year and then off season as well. Let's get to work

We've Luciano, the line hitter.
Has an offload ,all that.
Now we need an enforcer, a hit man.. if you will.
Minus the penalties and whatnot.
Some one opponents will fear. It's not Luke Garner it's this guy.
Broncos are keen but they want Gape-well as well, let's make our move and sign this guy up.
He's a great player.

13 - Lock
**Joseph Tapine**
We all love Joe but this guy is the man we need. The glue to make it all stick, no Kurt capewell. Hard as nails and talented as it gets. There's issues at Canberra and their coach is almost as big a stooge as ours is. Let Joe know he's our real Marquee, Raiders windows closed and we're building a powerhouse team to dominate. This is the player we need. Not one foot in retirement, the other in the HIA room, Finucane.
The real leader we need, not Tamou... he's rotting away in KOE next year till his contract is done, failed experiment.


Bench

14 Jake Simpkin,
Our very own Tom Starling
When we had Grant, we had 2 hookers on the field and looked lethal and likely. This is the plan going forward. Along with better coaching and bench management. This is the key.

15 Joe Ofahengaue
Impact. Safe. Hard.
This guy is the perfect benchie.
Utility forward. Play anywhere needed.

16 Thomas Mikaele
He's been improving, let him keep improving.
We know what we need from him and he's delivering. With better management of the bench this guy will provide a lot of impact for us.

17 Shawn Blore
Needs more minutes. We saw what he's capable of. He needs more time invested in him. Better coaching and bench management. This bench is strong as an ox and can get us rolling when the interchanges are made.

Depth, I'd retain and keep developing:
Tom Amone, Alex Seyfarth, Kelma Tuilaga, Tuki Simpkins and a few of the other cup stars showing signs of greatness, along with our fleg guns.

Obvs Mbye, Packer, MCK, Talau, etc etc are all gone so I'd be looking at some solid depth from other clubs, low on the pecking orders.

As I said Manly, Penrith, Souths and EELS have heaps of kids who could be the next best thing waiting in the wings.

This is basic roster management

My man's @milky & @TheDaBoss could even do this or even better.

It's putting the right people, in the right places. Not at all hard but our club can't grasp the basic concept.

I would target Nicho Hynes and I would play him at fullback, shifting Laurie to 5/8 and Doueihi to the centres. Hynes seems to have that desire to get his hands on the ball as much as possible, which is what you want to see in a marquee signing.

I imagine he'll be in very high demand, but he could instantly improve our attack and help organise our defence from the back.

We’ve improved our recruitment, but we’re still missing the key ones.

Reece Walsh is one example. Maybe we already had Laurie, but they were looking for an RTS replacement for maybe a few months, and they found Walsh. We’ve been trying to replace Teddy for 4 years.

I agree we need a marquee, but paying someone established upwards of 1M per season is not the answer.

We need to find the people who can find the Walkers, Walshes, Suallis before other clubs.

We tried to grab Walsh but only offered up Walters.... what a dumb move. Should’ve given the Broncos Mbye instead.
