McIntyre

Look he’s not a huge loss, solid player the big question is will his money (which wasn’t much) be used well and will we replace him

We need another second rower at the club otherwise one injury and it’s literally Chee Kam on the bench and that’s not good enough

Unfortunately he is gone, something changed on Thursday but appears Titans came in at the 13th hour with an offer to good to refuse, hence the delay in announcement but certainly caught Madge off guard.

Are we actually chasing Mansour and Roberts?

A very bad loss. We should have kept him but not at any price obviously.

We lose young blokes with promise and chase Roberts & Mansour.

Basket case.

Why is it that you can see this but apparently Maguire cannot? If questions aren't being asked they should be now.

Wonder if our CEO found the time to meet Sam for coffee?

Stop sugar coating everything. It’s a bad loss.

Wish the Titans took MCK instead.

Titans have recruited well for next year. They strung quite a few wins together at the end of the comp, they will do well next year. Can see why McIntyre joined them.

Fancy losing a younger player like McIntyre as they are the ones that you get maximum value out of . Instead we chase past their best players.
Our club cannot land anyone decent and are losing promising players. It hurts me to say it but our club slogan should read.
It’s the players that join Wests as rejects that makes Wests not the best.

We have the opposite slogan to John West - “We keep the rest & reject the best”’.

Seems like getting more wrong than right.....

Did he re-sign?...once you sign you cant backflip.
Aloiai....a formality to go to Manly?

POM:

Couple of points over the last couple weeks:

McIntyre has re-signed (not sure on why it hasn’t been announced as yet)
Aloiai & Blore just a formality now with their ext,

Player movements can be dynamic. Is it too much to ask that Blore be re-signed. Manly can have Aloia for the money speculated. McIntyre again is a huge loss. Just unbelievable.

That’s the way the cookie crumbles.
You win some and you lose some.
Recruitment is not “exacting science” rather a moving feast.
I like what he did last season and showed potential but it’s another spot open on our roster, for someone with ability.

He’s okay. He could tackle well but he’s got a poor running game. I’m sure he’ll improve and trust me I would’ve rather kept him, but there’s quite a few others I would keep over him too.

Obviously titans are giving him good money probably more than he’s worth at the moment

Was also confident on the JAC meeting

Things change quickly in footy. We can’t expect The Pom to be completely accurate all the time. As with every rumour you can’t expect it to be true gotta wait for official announcements

Well if the tigers have actually signed him like people on here have said, now is the time to announce it 😂don’t leave your fans in the dark stressing

He didn’t have a contract with us so what do we announce?

This is very disappointing from the CEO/Coach/GM not being able to retain a player like Mcintyre whilst there is speculation around Mansour/Roberts.

He proved last season he deserved a revised contract yet we don't have the cap to pay extra's bit we can chase JAC on big coin and come up with nothing.

What example does this show to the younger players coming through our systems and some of the ones that have been elevated to 1st grade now, we talk about developing a club culture but we do the opposite.

Starting to really get disillusioned with this club the way it is being managed from the top - lets embark on a campaign to get rid of the CEO if the board won't???
