I do think that is a fair question as well, I wouldn't be sitting around waiting, I would have been onto my manager to sort it out. That is what he is paid for.
Seems to me the manager did his job, looked after his client. His pay is obviously not in question. But did WT execs earn their pay? More to the point.
Yeah they should have been on top of this, but its a lot of drama over a fringe 1st grader. I get this is symbolic of greater issues at our club.
I guess it is a lot of drama, but aren’t we trying to develop a better culture? Or does that not apply to head office?
They can treat players with contempt if they are benchies?
