When life feels tough, keeping up with messages or responding to people can feel exhausting.
That's why a simple text to someone going through a hard time can mean a lot. Take a moment to to write a message which lets them know that you're thinking of them, they're not alone, and there's not an expectation to reply.
Remember, someone might not be ready to talk, and that's OK. Let them know that you care, and you're available if and when they're ready for a chat.

That is probably one of the best and most accurate posts i have read on here.Well said.

hello ,you ok ,you haven;t surfaced for a while , touch base
Thank you for the message 🥰 it's appreciated.

And thank you to all who commented and checked in, too. I took a couple of days off work, slept, watched some telly had some quiet time with hubby, a big cry, then slapped a smile on my face, walked for my One Foot Forward (hut my fund-raising goal, and am halfway to my km one) and am ready to go and visit my young friend in hospital 🤞hoping he's well enough for a visit today
