Mitchell Moses #175

Sunday 9th April so about a month.
I was thinking that maybe he could play 40 mins for each team.
Then announce his decision in the post game interview.
Now that would get extra people through the gate !

I suppose he would play one half and tank the other half just so he could show all his abilities. Thanks but no thanks

We benefit by forcing him to either take our deal or take a reduced offer and term at the eels. The more time we give him the more likely parra will give him what he wants. We are being used .
It’s not clear what’s causing the delay? Maybe you’re right? Maybe he is trying to squeeze more out of Eels? But either way a Friday deadline is not going to improve our chances of signing him.
Then if we were to drop out of the contest he’s got nowhere to go but to accept the lower offer from Eels. And how does that help us? Well it doesn’t, because we would want his manager to have a win after getting us Bateman and Klemmer, wouldn’t we? Not to mention helping Eels unbalance their cap.

Mitchell Moses keeps saying “it’s up to my manager” then if it’s up to any manager they would go with the highest offer, so they get their share! They wouldn’t care what club it is! The more this drags on makes me think we still are a chance. Would love a decision just to be made and everyone move on! If he was staying with the eels you would think Moses would say “I’m happy here, and keen to stay, we are just finalising the deal” instead he keeps brushing it off with “it’s up to my manager”

As long as we aren't budging on our offer then I don't think we are. If we chop and change to accomodate then yes we are.
We can't really spend the money on anyone else, and there are no better targets to miss out on at the moment if he doesn't sign.
Just heaping pressure on himself, and the Eels.

The offers from both clubs are already great and more than he is actually worth, imo. Why is he taking so long to make a decision if it wasn’t all about the money.

If I was Parra I would be questioning his loyalty, 4 years is a great offer from a team that he played a GF with, where his game improved immensely and that he supposedly loves. You’d think he’d be itching to re-sign. Trying to squeeze another year out of them is petty and a slap in the face I reckon.

If I was Wests Tigers I’d be questioning whether he really wanted to be here at all APART from the good money. Don’t think his heart would be in it here to be honest, but that’s just my opinion.

Eels and Tigers should re-evaluate their contracts and both offer him a year less...put the bounce back on Moses for screwing around

Daily Telegraph reporting the rorters have signed Nathan Brown on a 1 year deal. This will free up some coin. I expect a Moses announcement of re-sigining with Parra this week. That's probably what the hold ups been imo.

That’ll probably do it then, thanks for the update. Unless Moses doesn’t want to play for either the eels or us. Wouldn’t that be funny!

Gone way off Moses, but last weeks game high lighted our absolute lack of class in the backline, absolutely no game breakers. Stats tell you we won all the key elements of last weeks game except the score line and that is exactly why we need some real quality in the halves and why the club is willing to throw so much at Mitch the Tanker

Elephant in the room comment but how and the hell do Roosters still have money in their cap with like 10 rep players they currently have... Of course, there is Nothing to see here. The system is a JOKE

He wants a other year. The Eels wont give it to him. I doubt the Eels will add any more. He's not worth it
