MOLTZEN? Thread

Ive been defending moltzen on here but those videos are great, good work bonstocker.

Moltzen has errors in his game and no one is denying that. You could probably make a similar one of benji. Dont think that is cause to drop him.

Why is Moltzen being hammered from pillar to post for last weeks capitulation?

No one seems to be getting on Lawrence's back about some poor reads in defense

Because Lawrence is a first grader with courage who didn't need to be friends with anyone to get a gig plus he is a good guy who know how to return a phone call and never looks to abuse team mates.

These are the sorts of rediculous posts that this thread is full of. How can you make these sorts of character judgements on someone you've never met and honestly believe they are true? (just so no one gets confused i am referring to the fact he implies moltzen is all of those things)

So rugby league is now a popularity contest based on who is the best bloke? You all have some terrifically creative selection criterias.

Lets select next weeks team based on who is, or is not, watching the voice (those not watching it make the team).

Maybe you should look at the selection process the Blues are using and take note of how Farah is being railroaded then answer that question yourself

Moltzen had a much improved game. Hopefully he builds on that over the next few weeks

Your momentum starts each set with a kick return. When Moltz is involved it ends in a slow PTB after surrendering before the tackle or passing it to Lote who drops it

Moltzen made us a lot of meters off kick returns. Slow ptb is so our players can get back on side

His returns were a bit stronger last night. Didnt really see him slot in to attack anywhere though. Thought he'd be involved a little more given Lawrence's inexperience in the halves.

If you run hard at the line and get a quick PTB your second runner makes more metres and means your guys have less to run back to get onside and you are further upfield when your pigs get the ball.

Agree to disagree on Moltzen

He ran it back hard on occasion….but then surrendered just at the line
Cant be having him bruised.

Someone must have told him not to run sideways, ran it back quick but put the brakes on hard close to the defenders and was happy to take the tackle…well not happy he never looks happy.

Didn't he return you phone call , diddums ?
If you had any knowledge you would know Moltzen is good friends with Lawrence too. If you think Marshall has such a big say in keeping Moltzen in first grade ask yourself why he couldn't keep him from being shopped to other clubs last year.
Must be THE most uninformed , ridiculous post for a very long time.
PS If he returns your call will you think he's a good guy and like him again?

Abuse him all you like, but Moltzen is average, and he should have been dropped weeks ago,ask your self why this hasn't happened,Rowdy is out of form, but he runs hard and tackles hard, something Tim could well do with trying.

Anyone watch the Manly game today? Anyone see Brett Stewart allow bombs to bounce? Not once but twice. Yes Brett Stewart, the player some people are picking as their NSW fullback. Anyway keep bagging Moltzen. The haters will continue to be haters.

I dont hate the boy…but he aint a FB... it still comes back to his best football was at half with his mate Benji.. I was abt to go but I have to say ,..I dont hate Sheens ,,but he pees me off.

Give it a rest. when you've done a better job as the Tigers fullback then you can criticize.I think i'd have more faith in what Tim Sheens has planned than someone who gets on here and makes silly statements about things you know nothing about. What the hell did Tim Moltzen do so bad as to upset you last night? Sure the team hasn't played well all this year but to blame one player for all that is going on is pathetic. Grow up and enjoy the win.

The whole arguement of telling us to do a better job is petty and immature. We all have individual jobs that we're trained to do, whats your point? Next time you have a faulty toilet and the plumber doesn't fix it properly and you ring to complain, maybe he should say that he'd like to see you do a better job
