Plenty of guys put in when playing lower grades, and when they do the step up, they just aren't in that class.
It's not a matter of hating someone. Moors has shown brief or rare glimpses of something, but does not back it up.
As for limited time, of course it's hard to show what you can do. But the top players can show something special in the 5 minutes they are on. BMM is no better example. He is a kid and when he comes on, he make the occasional break or has a good hit and spin almost every game. Moors has more than a few years on BMM, plenty more opportunities, and at more clubs, and still hasn't set the world on fire.
Of course he will turn up occasionally and have few good hit ups, but he needs to do it every week, and he just hasn't in my opinion.
I'd keep him, on very low money. But then you run the risk of him losing interest because he can't cut it. That's when it becomes a waste of money.
