Great depth at Penrith. No better way for a halfback to develop with a bunch of forwards that go forward. But loved watching Luai pick his moments to run the ball.. exciting young player.
No room for two halfbacks - but nice position for the Panthers to be in if Cleary does decide to move on.

Well the Clearys won’t be reuniting at the Roosters because Robinson just signed a 4 year extension .

It’s a beat up in a long running News Ltd media campaign against Phil Gould. Ivan is contracted until 2020 with a young family in the Northern Beaches.
Penrith can offer the same money to both parties. They don’t need to Nathan will stay at Penrith and Ivan will get a contract extension with the Tigers if he is good enough. Tigers are not short on cash.
The only threat to Nathan and Penrith is the Tigers but I can’t imagine a father talking his son out of staying with a side that will challenge for premierships for the next 5 years to join WT.
