New coach.. Who should we target?

We should sign Anthony Griffin to a coaching director role just for the hell of it.

He doesnt need a big offer as Penrith are still paying and the PR would be outstanding.

Ummm wonder what the 2 premiership winners said. ..

So who has done well:
Trent Robertson, an east side with some flash names and some major losses. Now nr1.
Anthony Griffin, Penrith are flying.
Siebold
We could hire "mary" for 2/3 of the season, then swap when he tires out,

In fairness to Barrett, he is keeping Manly kind of together. They should not be winning anything at all with their roster.

I don't know if Griffin would be good for us or not, but I do know he is making it crystal clear what sort of bloke Gould is, for anyone who doubted.

Seibold is going to the Broncos so don't even bother. Bennett, no thanks. Not sure what's left.

What's wrong with Bennett??? Proven winner/legend, attracts quality players, and he likes a challenge, which undoubtedly, we are. Better coach than Griffin & Cleary combined.

Fair weather coach, has only done well with teams when the rosters were stacked with top line players. Look at what happened when he went to Newcastle - didn't have the cattle at his disposal, Newcastle went nowhere and he made a mess of the joint in the process. Headed back to Qld with his tail between his legs and Darius in tow.

Or was it with his tail in tow and Dahhhrius between his legs?

The players boycotted a club night organised by Paul White to head over to Wayne's, in a sort of show of support for the great one

I heard it was Wayno and Darius that we’re the only no shows ?!

Can't agree with you on their roster being so bad….
Their pack is arguably better than ours:
Fonua-Blake, Taupau, Korisau, Joel Thompson, Shaun Lane and Jake Trbojevic,

and then Tom T, DCE, Walker, Kelly and Taufua in the backs.

Their problem is they aren't playing to their potential, the effort and hunger just isn't there. We know it's not a happy place and there is obviously a lot going on in the playing group, but Barrett is the head coach and he hasn't been able to sort it out.

True, but other players left early to go to Waynes

BBQ at Wayne's World….minus the BBQ sadly.
I just pray that Darius was tucked in at a reasonable hour 😛ray: and burped adequately before nighny-nighs. He gets irratable otherwise and a real handful.
