Obviously Madge isn't doing a good job but far out, Tigers players absolutely LOVE pointing the fingers at other people instead of taking accountability for their bad performances. Been that way for a long time

Madge is right saying he needs blokes who take accountability for their games playing for Tigers

The post match comment was a disgrace and if he wants to further alienate and demotivate his players that was the comment to do it.

Any player, male or female, that plays sport at the highest level is tough. Being tough does not mean you have to be manly or a man. Many of the toughest people (and leaders) I have worked with are either women or softly spoken leaders

Nofa is living off his try he scored many years ago.

His ego outstrips his ability and it seems sadly he his chummy with our Chairman who seems to have helped him with an extra long contract extension. I was always concerned that having the major shareholder/chairman would be a conflict of interest and I believe that is still the case.

I am really getting more concerned about the leadership of this club at board level and I don't know where the club is heading. Our failure to attract quality players will not be helped by this dope Nofa posting comments about his own team mates.

Hard decisions need to be made but I have no idea who will make those decisions.
