Lovett could have made the tackle immediately but he hesitated in what looked like an attempt to plan his move.
Should've just chopped the player down but he didn't…

He was the only player chasing back when the Cows scored their first try and kept him out wide

He defended pretty well , still too slow and barely reached the advantage line

Geez Simona is head and shoulders above the rest.

Naquima, Chee Kam, Buchanan and Cherrington put in very solid efforts. They will get better as the season rolls on, as will Carr after he works hard on his tackling technique. He certainly has speed.

Much better effort, again Simona was the best.
Chee-Kam looks strong, his 1 on 1 defence was brilliant. Naiqama played well.
Addo-Carr makes to many errors.

It's not his defence that's garbage ( although it could be improved )
It's his leg drive and the lack of mongrel with his hit ups (garbage ) !

True,it was a good all round effort.
Carr is definatley one to watch.

Simona and Naqaima are both very good first graders. I reckon they'll prove themselves a very good centre paring this season. I'd still give Addo-Carr the start on the wing with Noffa just because of how damn fast he is. Just give him the ball in space and he'll take it to the house.

Simona and Naqaima are both high quality NRL centres. Addo Carr looks like he is lightning quick as well however I have no idea if he will make a tonne of mistakes.
