Poor crowds this weekend. 5 games under 10k and a couple only 6k.
I can see rationalisation around the corner.


One sided matches due to the rules interpretations will only reduce the crowds even more.People go to games to watch their team compete not be caned by the referee.Only 6 teams with a positive differential in a 16 team comp.Making the game quicker is only widening the gap

I just wonder if that's part of the plan. VLandy said a few weeks ago that he wouldn't be changing rules to help the mediocre. He might have a superleague on the agenda and it would be easier if teams die off rather than trying to kill teams.

Just move the Sydney imbalance me thinks ...and we are really in the firing line

I don't really understand why one of the most financially healthy clubs that maintains one of the largest supporter bases and social media interactions in the comp. would ever be in the firing line.
There's a reason why the media loves Tigers' stories. It's a popular club despite a decade of failures.
Imagine if we were winning.

He shouldn't have to bear the burden of the Bulldogs (organisational) incompetence or the team's losses.
