**Squad for game 1**

1\. Tedesco
2\. T Trbojevic
3\. Mitchell
4\. Roberts
5\. Addo Carr
6\. Maloney
7\. Cleary
8\. Klemmer
9\. Cook
10\. Campbell Gillard
11\. Cordner
12\. Frizell
13\. De Belin

14\. Vaughan
15\. J Trbojevic
16\. Crichton
17\. Peachey

That's going to be a swiss cheese right edge when it's Crichton/Roberts/Trbojevic defending. He's gone all in on attack…

That's an alright team, although I would've gone for something like this.

1\. Tom Trbojevic
2\. Blake Ferguson
3\. James Roberts
4\. Latrell Mitchell
5\. Josh Addo-Carr
6\. James Maloney
7\. Nathan Cleary
8\. Andrew Fifita
9\. Damien Cook
10\. Paul Vaughan
11\. Tyson Frizell
12\. Tariq Sims
13\. Jack De Belin

14\. David Klemmer

16\. Christian Crichton

I agree. Left edge not great either with Mitchell and an out of position turbo.

Sensibly Moses has been forgotten…. Knew Freddy wasn't that stupid.
Mind games

Saw him with the squad on the news, maybe 18th or 19th man?

Yeah not mind games at all. Moses and Keary were in the running.

In the end Penrith are playing at a higher level than the Eels.

Dont put Moses with Keary…..moses was in the running until the season kicked off...Keary probably until saturday night when freddy Saw Cleary & Maloney carve up saints.
But Freddy still talked him up despite him playing like garbage all year, mind games

Its not mind games, the only thing that might have changed is that Cleary came back from injury and proved his fitness.

If Cleary was still out i expect he would gone close to picking Moses.

Not unless he wanted a one year tenure as NSW coach he wouldn't have. Moses has been garbage this year and is a mental weakling. He has done nothing that would've justified selection and there is no reason to think he would've stepped up to the occasion. Cleary, Maloney, Keary, Brooks and Green should all have been well in front of Moses.

God help us if we don't get a decent share of the ball with that back five.

The centres are poor defenders (more reading the game than one on one ) and they don't usually take too many dirty hitups.

The wingers are a bit light on to be too effective with the dirty hitups as well.

See how it unfolds but not too pleased myself.
