Official - Josh Reynolds Signs Megathread

I like the idea of Brooks and Reynolds as a combo. Brooks can run the show with the support of an experienced half (grand finals and SOO). He is a bit grubby and has some dumb plays but they come out because he is a competitor and just wants to win which is what we need in this club.

X2

Hmm, not sure I'd be throwing that much coin at him. 500k, yeah he's probably worth it.

How the standards of the Wests Tigers have slipped.

Not only by thinking of signing this grub but to offer him 750,000 - can't believe it.

A leopard never changes it's spots - what about the attempted trip on Brooks in the Kev try movement. Should have been sent off.

Besides Leopards and Tigers don't get on.

Yeah have to agree Russell, he just can't seem to help himself when it comes to tripping - has done it so often now. Unfortunately, his grubby actions and brain explosions far outweigh his passion & enthusiasm on the field.

Heaps of ticker, decent running game….can't lead a team around to save his life.

Brooks plays his best when he can lead the team around, same as Moses.

Reynolds would be the perfect foil for Brooks.

This is why I think that Moses and Cory Norman will not be as good as everyone thinks, due to the fact they are both the same style of player.
Neither are organising types of player, both play off cuff players.

I was thinking the exact same thing, I hope they are a big flop.

He won't last long, tries to trip in every game

Not worth the hassle or the money, very average footballer behind a monster pack

Apparently the Bulldogs fans are starting a petition to save him, please hope it gets through

Wait for the screaming after he costs us the game with his first trip or a different stupid act.
I can't believe we would be thinking about getting him

The day we sign Reynolds is the day I cease being a WT supporter.

Im there as well

No More Tigers for me.

We've been linked to Packer as well…. Are yous ok with him?

I'd be happy with Reynolds... I reckon we could really use his passion and enthusiasm.... Reputations don't bother me, I'm not inviting him to mums for arvo tea

I dont mind Reynolds but at 28 he needs to show a level of maturity on the field and more often than not he just doesn't.
Does some great things that you can acknowledge as a spectator who supports a different team, but equally he is a liability to the Bulldogs and I think he is a massive risk for the money being mentioned.
As for Packer - after whats been said about our current players for choosing to leave the club - the favourite description seeming to be "scum" - if Packer puts on the jersey I reckon anything done in the past will be all forgiven.
For me I would prefer he played somewhere else.

Sorry to change the subject…but does anyone know whats happening with Shaun Johnson...i thought i heard somewhere he was close to resigning with the warrior's
I'd prefer him to Reynolds what do you guys think

I'd prefer him but yes, he's reportedly close to re-signing and has made some comments in the media lately that are going to sound pretty stupid if he doesn't re-sign.
