This guy is an out and out leader, that is why we signed him. He will help those younger guys develop into their leadership roles as well.

I assume you mean Broncos? Their youth is not the reason they are in the state they are. That’s a front office issue, with the CEO and Chairman hiring different coaches resulting in a major blowup and disconnect and then to add insult to injury disrespecting their old boys. The issue is not the youth in the team but a club power battle and club politics.
