Great graphic mate.

happy he is here will add to our pack and be a true leader the club needs. Reminds me a bit of when we signed Scott satler

This guy will lead our young pack and layers will improve playing with him. We need Aloiai, Musgrove and Mikaele to perform to Tamou’s standard consistently

great stats!

Big fan of him showing up early, not a huge thing but maybe signals a better mentality from our leaders. No eggshells under Tamou.

Sends a message to any players still in the ranks who complained about training during the finals last pre-season

Training should be part of your life, not just a thing you do to be good at footy. Players should keep up with their daily routines they have during the season, even in the off-season. Just dial it back a bit and train a more reasonable amount. Tamou is setting a good example here.

The state some players allow themselves to get in once the season finishes is shocking. Coming to off season out-of-shape means the S&C staff have to spend more time on getting you fit. That is time that could be used to develop new skills. Tamou looks match-fit still. Madge doesn't need to do anything around his conditioning, he can start talking tactics immediately.

If we signed Jess Bromwich I'd probably need some moments alone ...absolutely estatic if it happened

That was a good listen. Thanks for posting. I knew we bought Tamou in for his leadership qualities but I didn’t realise he would be that impressive. Interesting that he rates Musgrove as a future leader. Sounds like he will take him under his wing. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear that they are in full contact mode at training and trying to shed some kg’s to adapt better to the 6 again rules.

Thanks for sharing, the impression I got was that Tamou understands he has a very young squad around him and he wasn’t really expecting too much. He was never going to say anything negative but let’s hope that energy leads to some tangible results. Good also to hear him wrap Musgrove, I think we need him to go up a level this year.

Yeah, liked what I heard on Musgrove and the few less kilo's to suit the new rules, but also noticed that the first player he talked about off his own bat was with the following; "Big Tuki, mate he's a big boy and he can handle himself. I was watching him do a bit of wrestling".

Sute, Tuki is young and formerly a mostly union boy, but encouraged by the sound of that along with them testing the waters with full contact.

Hopefully Tuki gets a run in the trials, be good to see how far along he is. Sounds like a project.

I finally watched a replay of the last round against Parra. We certainly needed experience in our pack that day and Tamou should bring it. And a couple of those forwards have been replaced/upgraded as well. We’re definitely looking better.

Love at the 8:50 mark,

Q. So what’s the difference in coaching between madge and Nathan....

Ivan must not be doing much.

Much the same Ink, "game plan, the systems and a couple of principles........."
He supported both coaches.
