Ok, So Who's Gonna Win It?

I'll go Easts, even without Jared - Pearce should be back.

So who do they play in the GF - hopefully Cowboys.

Would not like to see any of the others get near the GF.

Honestly apart from the Cowboys, there aren't any likeable teams in this year's finals series.

Just some proof that good guys always finish last..

There are truly some spew-worthy teams in the finals this season…..a vile collection of salary cap cheats,drug cheats,perpetual NRL pets who get leg up after leg up season after season,a team with the worst supporters in the comp-the list goes on. Hopefully the Cowboys win. Wonder who the NRL will decide to gift the premiership to this season? You could make the argument that there has been some questionable decisions etc that have certainly helped teams win premierships in the last 5 years.

I don't think you can go past the Roosters, they were playing with the bunnies last week without JWH and Pearce. Bulldogs could prove to be a nuisance to some and always lift for these occasions.
I'm hoping Cowboys but can't see it for them.

It will be a team that hasn't won the premiership before. Not the Sharks but the Cowboys who are so much more deserving.

Heart = Cowboys
Head = Roosters

Plus 1 for me. At their best no team can match the Rooster, it's just a matter of if they find it in the big games.

Would love to see the Cowboys win it, JT deserves it and i like the way they play.

A team with the letter " s" in their name. Couldn't help that. :wink:
In a fair competition, the _sharks would play the cowboys_ and the **cowboys** win.
But as we all know, this is a very financially biased and lopsided comp. :blush:

Whoever the NRL tell the refs to help

If Melbourne win this weekend I reckon they are a big chance

They match up well against most other sides (Brisbane ,Cowboys and Roosters)

My only issue would be if they faced the Dogs at some stage

Melbourne v Brisbane or Cowboys

Despite the fact that this weeks main game is the tigers / 20's, I sort of agree here HT.
Even though i reckon the g/f will roorters v cowboys, however if the nrl, refs and media get on a " bandwagon" similar to last year with sowfs, and select their " favourite " team for this years finals then, as last year for sowfs, it will again be a fait accompli.
so therefore given the better odds bout them i think the cowboys may be the pea this year and the other JT to lift the trophy.

For mine it's a close call between "who gives a stuff" and "don't care."

In all seriousness though, I can't see the Roosters being beaten. They are quite simply as perfect as a team can get. It tears me up watching a team I hate with every fibre of my being perform like that while the team I follow lurches from pathetic to worse.

.

wasn't that when manly played roosters in grand final :question:

One can only hope either the cowboys or sharks win, on a blatant forward pass against the roosters. :laughing:

The cowboys have been robbed a couple of times in the finals

Actually 3 times, once by us in 2005 and from there on by the Refs

Hope they go all the way this year

lol @ Bughi getting 2 weeks for throwing a water bottle….
