Olam's Send Off

There's no way in the world it's a send off. Luki was fine. His head snapped back because of Olams power, not because he hit him on the chin. First contact was below the chin. Disgusting officiating tonight by the ref and the bunker.

Its beyond a joke now.

It's hard to see.

Is it contact with the head or does he just get rocked back from the impact?

Their post tackle sooking was ridiculous.
All massive cats.

That's what I'm thinking.

They really put on a show flat out refusing to play on and throwing the hands up
Then Klein chimes in and the game is ruined, what potentially could've been a great game.

Well done to the clowns involved.
Yep shit go… I reckon we’ll comfortably see 5+ worse tackles this weekend go less punished

Bet you they don't show a slow Mo of the contact point.

The fact is that if there was significant contact with the head, Luki would not have stood back up. He was hit hard and the ref thought it's a pointless game, let me get my send off quota done for the year.

Pathetic and trashy.

Totally agree. That shot hits chin it is good night.

IN bygone times it would have been applauded as a dominant tackle.
Luki sure got up quickly to remonstrate for a penalty.
The referee had to look twice to see whether Olam would accept the decision.
It would appear that the Wests Tigers don't matter as they are in last place, but it matters to Wests Tigers supporters.
I'll watch all games this weekend and watch the tackling style of the games' superstars to see if the same contact rules apply to all teams.

Very hard to pause it on tv for the point of contact. But you can get an idea of the point of contact from the angle he comes from. First contact was right shoulder Olam, right shoulder Luki. The rest was the follow through effect. I was shocked. Though the angle they continuously looked at definitely looked like he straight out closelined his neck.

If Jennings’s didn’t happen 2weeks ago he wouldn’t have been sent imo. Would be fresh in refs minds from their last toolbox talk
