Never forgiven the mongrel for inventing new rules in the 1989 grand final.

Harrigan loves involving himself into the media and drama doesn’t he. Clearly he misses being in the spotlight, there is absolutely no chance he could handle refereeing a game 😂 just wants to be talked about again the poor thing

As boss?

No he want to referee games!!!!!!

I really liked him as a referee but not as much as the Refs boss, be interesting to see if he is fit enough to keep up with the game.

Hoping sanity prevails and the refs win their case today

2 refs ....6 again ....6 interchanges .....game fixed

how about no interchanges ..once you're off you're off and 2 of the 4 reserves have to have played half a game in reggies to sit on the bench..

Half a game in reggies ......what reggies

No have 10 players available on bench , you pick from 6 .....help with issues with teams losing special players etc

Just like soccer. It’s not a bad idea at all.

Only a bloke named Silvio del Vecchio could represent the referees.

I'd love to know exactly what you mean by that Steve . . . . .

An ‘out there’ name for outliers of the game

I thought your obnoxious comment was 1 of 2 things . . . His surname actually means "old" in Italian, so I thought you were making fun of that. But that would be a fairly lame and unfunny thing to do, but who knows how you think ?
The only other thing it could have been is straight out racism. When I saw your reply, it was clear that it's straight out racism.
You base your view solely on his name. Really ? making fun of a surname ? What, are we still in year 8? I suppose you call yourself tolerant, as well ?
You never know . . . he might earn 3X what you do, he might have 10X what you have, and he probably isn't a racist XXXX. But still, his name ain't Smith.
You should pull your head in, but you wouldn't see why.

Taking life way too seriously mate. Sorry if I offended. If you knew me you’d know racism is not my go but be offended. Seems like it’s some people’s favourite sport

I thought you meant that he must have been related to Denis Spagarino. That bloke ruled the refs.
