Some of the hate (i.e. not critical assessments with evidence), of our players on here is horrible. If we could cut supporters from the team, there are quite a few on here that are not doing their job well.

Personally I agree with Kimmorley the pressure needs to be put on him now. I wouldn't complain if Maguire dropped him. It might be the kick in the backside he needs.

Hey paws,no one is denying Brooks defense...he has to own the team and control the game much better than he has its his job as an NRL playmaker..this team is supposed to be his...its time he really did step up and not be the shy glamour boy for this club...as Kimmorley said he hangs around the left side of the ruck all the time,its about time he got used to creating on both sides of the ruck and field...

I don't know the intent of the original post, but I think Benji or Robbie would make a great water boy. They could organise our team like Alfie Langer still does for the Broncos. They could be on the field, revving up the players, providing tips, motivation, spotting gaps. They'd be a great asset.

Do you agree Stuart believed Brooks was the biggest threat? Tire him out with bringing his forwards to ground?

We aided this by moving Garner who has a great combination with Brooks and then Lawrence to the right. Why? Up until then our right side defence sucked.

Wouldn't it have been more expedient to start dropping the non tacklers on the right?

Play flat , have ball runners run into the ruck ...have the halfback not touch the ball for 2 full sets ?

I thought it was a combination of both,deviating from the gameplan as you say and very poor defence which Madge is stringent about..
