Our club is unprofessional, how do you disagree?

Wehbe was disruptive for private reasons.
Doesn't detail.
Was a concession for the players but they chose to part ways and put the organisation first.

Disappointed with contract negotiations but takes the blame.
Whole heartedly believes there is nothing more they could of done to keep the players.

Regrets issuing the "plz dont boo aaron" email.
Was just trying to show support to Woods.

States… the noise outside the club doesnt reflect how they feel inside the club.
Trying to bring stability to a club known for instability.n

Reynolds signed with Brooks in mind to control the team.
Aiming to build a strong roster.

I watched and that was a good summation

Couple of the girls Lara and the brunette went James Hooper style for a bit. Brunette said something like can you take some leadership and tell fans what happened with RE-signing the 3 flops.

I'm sorry but who the hell do you think you are saying that to the CEO of West's tigers. That really enjoyed me.

The 3 girls are wannabe Hooper's Lara and brunette in particular.
\
\
Pascoe admitted some mistakes in emailing to stop booing fans which he admitted his call and letting negotiations go that long which implied to me should of withdrew contracts earlier.
\
\
Rest been said before wehbe a weirdo, did everything we can but Isaac Moses a jerk and the 3 flops are easily influenced.

Girls let up on him at the end and acknowledged a efforts with the community and pascoe good at Turing distressed businesses into good businesses.

We aggressive in player market for sustained success the worst is over.

Turned it off straight after that case the girls annoyed me sorry if I sound sexist but thought they were very disrespectful.

Yep good summary…. I watched the interview and actually felt for Pascoe, he was nervous as he had a dry mouth, but answered the questions professionally. It is clear The wantaway 3 had no intentions of signing with the WT... good luck to them and thb, the sooner we move on and dismiss them from the club the better off we shall be.. 2018 we enter the Cleary era...one that will bring us Fans some true hope for a change and for success on the field... bring it on and I'll be renewing my memberships into their 8th year.....

The girls went pretty hard at him. I thought there might have been more of a discussion around some of issues. Rather than one hard hitting question followed by another.

Tedesco requested late last year that WT do not request a contract extension until he gets a new management sorted. Yeh that's a great idea James.

Found it annoying when Lara cut Pascoe off when he was explaining woods has had a contract on the table since December last year.

Good to hear him also clarify the club couldn't begin negotiations with teddy last year due to teddy wanting to sort his change of management out.

As usual no surprise to hear the footy whisperer was part of what issac Moses and the players were asking for. Glad the club didn't pander to their demands.

Watched Justin Pascoe on League Life tonight, and once again he handled himself with style.
This guy arrived 18 months or so back into an extremely difficult situation.
All facets of the club were on the nose, low membership, low sponsorship and not a spare dollar to spend re salary cap. And probably the most difficult, a totally bias media led by News Corp novelists, big on fiction not facts. Individuals to lazy to actually do any research and led by unsubstantiated rumours fuelled by people whose egos were hurt.
All genuine Tigers supporters should wholeheartedly throw their support behind Pascoe.
If you don't believe his past working relationship with Ivan Cleary had so much to do with Ivan signing on as coach your kidding yourself. Also I think Kelly Egan (another Pascoe appointment) had a helluva lot to do with the signing of Josh Reynolds.
Suddenly we have money to spend, the only real loss is Teddy, but you never get everything on your wish list.
This club is going places, and with Justin Pascoe at the helm, I'm pretty confident.

It's very clear now Woods mantra that " the players just play footy" is full of BS… the wantaway 3 would have only signed with WT if their non monetary demands were met. That being their mindfulness whisperer was employed by the club and Payton instilled as coach... when the club decided not to be dictated to along those terms they arced up and signed elsewhere.... sheez they are dumb footballers .....wish they would poq....

IT could be assumed that the club has gone through a number of changes this year alone in regards to how to manage players and player contracts.

I can't remember the time line of events exactly but I would say each moment below had influenced their position on building a successful club.

Joe Webhe was spoken about and then introduced into the club's staff I believe as a trial.
The reports are then the players (4) are happy and are committing.
Then the fall out with Web he and the club.
Then the reports that one significant player manager wants the tigers to look at sacking taylor and signing a coach that can take those players to new levels.
Then all the reports about how the club should be signing payton and that will entice the 4 to stay.
Then the club sacks taylor…

I think at this time is when the club decided to change tack and start to get back the control.
Up until this point the board and CEO were of the belief that these 4 players are the answer and heaven and earth needed to be moved to get them to sign.

Enter Cleary.
At this point with the club in its most vulnerable position it made a decision against popular opinion and I believe this is the real reason for the players not signing on.
Brooks commits, shows his a team player, Moses has speculation he is being courted by other teams so Cleary pulls his contract.
Then the rest followed but from that point to date it seems as it has just been a bit of a power struggle between the players / player managers and the club and it's administrators.

Although he handled himself well, he does come across with an air of arrogence.
You can also see he is young and inexperienced and makes mistakes, however owning up to them like the don't boo woods email is refreshing.

I think as he said he took this on as a challenge and is evolving himself in this role.
He a young CEO and he gets rediculed by Buzz based on his age and experience.

At the end of the day. We are a young team and are slowing building our off field profile along with our on field culture and at this point we have all the right chess pieces in place.

Despite the outside noise, the club as a whole has definetly been on the right track since Pascoe arrived.

If he is so great then why doesn't he respond to my e-mail.

But yeah, I am happy with where the club is going and I think Justin has a fair bit to do with that

Yep I think is doing a great job.
He is working to get the right people in the club on and off the field.
Good to see him put his hand up and own the no booing email as well and acknowledge that was a bad decision on his part.
For the first time I think we have good leadership in place in CEO and Coach and we are assembling a team for 2018 with good leaders in it as well.
The future looks bright to me.

Yep and Ivan gonna make his job a hell of a lot easier. His made most of the hard decision that we now see had to be made so hopefully stops getting slammed.

I was impressed with him and the media need to start putting there focus elsewhere…
We are over the hump and heading in the right direction and very happy with the CEO and coach we have in place now. I really believe losing the so called big 3 is a blessing and in about 2 years will look back and say why did we even try to keep them..

I noticed this as well. For a show that is usually very professional and well presented they let themselves down with this one. Pascoe was being attacked from the moment he sat down when Hannah Hollis told him to 'show some leadership' before he had even said a word. After that he was interrupted on numerous occasions by the others, even when giving a good, honest answer to their quetions.
They're better than that usually.
