Our Season over?

I never though we would miss benji so much out there but we were aimless. This is footy and anything can happen!

Just gutted we were 28sec away from week off and benji playing. On the bright sde we get an extra footy match this week!!

they did the impossible by doing the unthinkable - we are still in it until we lose against the raiders next week - i know we an beat them - we have every chance. God bless the mighty wests tigers!

We sure can (win that is). Whether we _**will**_ or not is another question.

Hmmm…i think the logic was play in front of 28000 Wests Tigers fans and 5369 Rorter one's....If you were at the Wests SFS and claim that the Roosters had home crowd advantage well you must have sat in the wrong 3 bays...

The atmosphere last night far outstripped anything Leichhardt or Campbelltown had to offer...

If you are good enough you will win on any stage...to say Leichhardt or Cambo would have proved the difference is laughable...

The proportion of neutral fans was higher because of the location and clearly there were a large number of Trust Members that would not have been at Leichhardt. Having said that, yes of course the number of Tigers fans heavily outweighed our Rooster counterparts, but like so many other posters on this issue, you have your 'fan' glasses on. The home final is about, first and foremost, what is best for the team and what environment will provide the best conditions for them to succeed. You won't need to conduct a poll to establish where the players would have preferred to be last night.

'Atmosphere' is a matter of opinion. IMO there's only ever been one match at the SFS where the atmosphere exceeded that of a full house at Leichhardt and that was the 2005 Final. In any case the 'home' advantage for the Roosters was never going to involve the volume of fans, but the comfort and familiarity of their surroundings. Same suburb, same ground, same car park, same amenities, same playing surface, same lighting etc.

Do you know when the Roosters last played the Wests Tigers at Leichhardt? The answer is **never….**. That's right, **never**. Would you concede that might have just worked in our favour? Doesn't need much thought does it?

And as for the theorists who like pulling opinions from the ionosphere, the Wests Tigers winning percentage at Leichhardt is 66%, which by my reckoning is pretty good. That's a 2 out of 3 winning habit.........

I want to share your enthusiasm about us being 'good enough' to win anywhere, that notion will be well and truly tested in Canberra later in the week.

No…were gone..100minutes they will be mentaly zapped by that last night...sorry boys I call it as I see it.....still walking around asking how in 2010 you lose a scrum

keep walking - **we won the scrum** and the ref incorrectly allowed the acting-hooker to dive on the ball at the feet of our lock. See what Andrew Voss had to say today…
