Pascoe sanctioned by the NRL

There was no advantage. And you can argue all you want, it would have been Robbies word against theirs. The real concern for me is our club has once again shown poor leadership at the board level, which will most likely cost us our CEO and our Chair. Sad days for a club I thought was on the up.

We saved $250k by Robbie leaving, money we spent on other players.

How dumb are we though? we dont breach the cap to gain players, we breach it to make players leave. Tigers be Tigering.

The drug suspensions for the Sharks were back-dated, I made a mistake here with the penalty not being back-dated but being 2/3 discounted/suspended/whatever.

I feel we were unfairly targeted, I don't believe a single thing TG and co say, yet I am disappointed in WT as whatever happened we surely messed things up a bit at least.

Wests Tigers were great last year in their press campaign, they sensed when things were bad, and they timed good press releases for those times with signings and so forth. I don't expect a signing, but I think we need a pick me up now, Hopefully we get one with a good showing in Round One. Bring on the Sea Eagles.

Hang on.This is no place for an intelligent dialogue, based on fact. Who do you think you are? And what's even worse, it takes a Kiwi to say it. And for the Ms Go fans who signed off on Taylor and the Farah Experiment?

Surely not. Under what authority does a private business have the right to seize personal property of an employee or contractor?

Cmon cochise the only reason Farah was brought back to the club is because Liddle didnt progress as expected, and there was no opportunity for him to play FG at Souths. He would be retired now if Liddle was FG strong.

You defend the rights of an organisation to fairly implement rules, that same organisation, that sat on their hands and allowed another club to poach our contracted coach mid season and turn our club upside down, and then change the rules once that then club get their man, so it doesnt happen again!
And when we steady the ship with a new coach and a heathy cap, out of blue this - and the penalty equates to clubs who load their rosters to gain an on field advantage.
Here is an arguement for you it is not in the interest of some clubs in Sydney to have the WTs in a healthy position and the NRL does enough to make sure that we remain downtrodden and keep those clubs happy - or is that too outrageous for you to consider possible.

I would expect it forms part of the registration, but a quick google search would have shown you that I was right.

No more outrageous than your suggestion that Pascoe planned to bring Farah back as a player when there was room in the cap - ignoring the fact that he would be 35 and whoever was coach may not of wanted a bar of it! But keep putting out there and someone will believe it.

Yep we hid it in the media.

No one is disputing whether we were guilty or not.

Most on here are saying compared to the Sharks indiscretions (and there are many) we were more than harshly treated. The NRL knew this and reduced the penalties but still they are harsh compared to the Sharks.

The way you constantly are sticking up for the NRL over the penalties has me totally baffled. Are you sure you are not an NRL press officer????
