Isn't that what Luke Lewis is doing at the Sharks, got paid less than he could have earned, and is now staying on at the club as part of the coaching staff?

So Robbie gets offered $250000 to come back and play with the Tigers
That is all we believe you are worth in today's market
Robbie cant get a better offer so he decides to re sign with the tigers for $250000
Did any other club offer more
And even if they did it means nothing
Roosters sign all their players for unders

He walks in to Pascoe’s office stating he’s got Jennings willing to come to Tigers. Pascoe replies that it can’t happen because we’ve been hammered for being over the cap. Maguire looks across the Tigers roster, looks at sharks, Storm, roosters, Broncos rosters and asks how in hell could this be remotely true.....
