Only one more year on a top 30 deal....
Or is it 2?

If they've got any money left this year they should pay out blokes like that with no future here....
End of 2024 from what i remember.

He’s been one of our most consistent in NSW cup.

It’s funny on here, player plays one bad game and use write them off, but when we are winning and playing good use are all for them 🤣

Anyone actually get to watch the game ?

So being the most ‘consistent’ in a reserve grade team coming 4th last is enough for a 2 year contract in the NRL for a game you haven’t played since you were younger…

Ok then…
Yes being consistent in a losing team and still standing out when losing games.

He’s played less games and scored 12 tries, 89% tackle rate and a bunch of try assists

Kid should be given an opportunity in first grade, he scores try’s, something we lack in doing with our backs.

You never know what he could be unless he’s given a go, he’s not playing any worse then our centres and wingers that are already playing NRL.

This is our 12th wasted season in a row.
It is what the club specialises in to the point where they have told everyone in the organisation they have no plan to be competitive before 2025 and even then is a hailmary.
It’s far from a wasted season if we use it to cut or get rid of the players who have let us down and recruit to improve on the areas and positions that desperately need strengthening.
Bula is a great find.
Both To’a and Tupou have proven they are capable of a stand out game occasionally. They are players we need to persist with, but needing good depth in their positions to make them realise they will be playing NSW Cup if they do not consistently play at the required NRL standard.
Da Silva given a taste of NRL he should only continue to improve.
Staines showing his ability and toughness before injury stalled his season.
Pole showing he is a good young forward who will also keep improving.
Blore and Seyfarth showing they have made the necessary improvements to be genuine NRL standard players.
Asitasi showing signs he is well up to NRL level when given a chance.
Twal consistently strong and reliable off the bench.
Klemmer, Utoikamanu and Papali’i all showing strong form and good impact more often than not.
Tumeth given a taste of NRL and now leading a late season charge for our Jersey Flegg side, he’s another that will continue to improve.
Likewise Matamua is getting more experienced and will hopefully be a much better version of himself in 2024.
Mansfield and Reilly two standout performers in a struggling NSW Cup, both on the cusp of making slight improvements to become genuine NRL contenders.
The emergence of some of our best young talents starting to filter into our Jersey Flegg side and making representative teams along the way.
All this along with the hope we can be shrewd in our recruitment/retention and if done sensibly we are very close to seeing our NRL team making a rapid improvement.
