Pearce & Carney useless!

Both pearce and carney were both missing tonight , carney will prove it was his first series . As for Pearce that was his 7th series (I think), he's a dead set retard and should be dumped immediately. If he ever joins wests I will hand in my membership . Can't stand him ..

I agree whole heartedly mate….he is the most rewarded, average player in the league. Dumbfounded as to how he has repped so many times. I said at the years start, if he was from Queensland, he wouldnt have ever been considered...nothing has changed that opinion.

Agreed - Pearce is really no where up to rep standard. Defensively he lost the game for us. His general kicking game is crap - every kick straight to the fullback or wingers.

At least Carney stepped up with the conversions, four from four, including the pressure of a sideline kick to level the scores.

Made my night,

Meanwhile, Peter Wallace and James Maloney are going great at club level.

Also let's not forget, Mitchell Pearce was originally never going to be picked. He had a blinder in the City v Country game which put him there.

Carney has done nothing this series. He saved G2 by a decent break but otherwise was missing in all 3 games.

Pearce has had his mistakes, again, but has been much more valuable than Carney has been.

You could say its Carneys first series, and he is a future player etc…...doesn't change the fact that he was a dead weight around NSW necks this series.

Pearce is the worst halfback in the history of Origin.

He dogged it in the second half and when he does get involved all he does is kick it straight down the throat of the wingers and fullbacks.

I think Ricky's leaning towards slotting a back rower into the halfback role next year. I suppose you won't lose to much out of the move, but seriously, Wallace and Maloney aren't origin material either. I'd like to see 6Josh Reynolds/7Todd Carney.
