Very different things. Two hung juries meaning they couldn't come to a unanimous decision. He has not been found not guilty.

Not guilty does not mean he is innocent at all. He was not found guilty. There is no “innocence “ in law.
We have a presumption of innocence until proven guilty, and he wasn't proven guilty.
