Players being released , are we just using some cash from them to fill up Teddy's contract and sirro,s or are we making some room for a new player in a few weeks

BMM, Mr T and Koroibete are three top 25 players gone…One would think the money will be used to re-sign Tedesco, probably Gavet and Thompson.

I think it would seem likely now we'll have the money for a few and be keeping Teddy.
Does this mean that we can bring up 3 other players into the 25 now from the lower grades without going over the cap?
