Playing for Tonga a dream: Murdoch-Masila

Wests Tigers second rower Ben Murdoch-Masila will be playing for his family when he pulls on the red Jersey of Tonga against Samoa on Saturday night at Centrebet Stadium in Penrith.
"It's always been a dream to play for where my father is from," said Murdoch-Masila.
"It's good to try and be a role-model for my younger brother.
"Hopefully he can step up and try to follow me."
The Tonga-Samoa rivalry is the fiercest in rugby league and players from both sides are already preparing for the rough and tumble aspect of what is sure to be a fiery clash.
"It should be good out on the field," said Murdoch-Masila with an understated laugh.
"It's been a rivalry for 100 years."

I would love to see tonga and samoa be competitively internationally.

They should be flexible with the eligibility rules to allow polynesian players play for the families (grand parents perhaps) origin country (plus origin if they make it) - hopate or falou for tonga and also for nsw or qld.
