Wests Tigers need one win to secure a home semi
Where should it be?
It is unlikely that we will come 1st or 8th, so the final will be held on either Friday or Saturday

I would prefer & voted for Leichhardt as i feel we have the best chance of winning there…. but the head says SFS due to the $$$ on offer due to a bigger crowd.

I could be wrong but as far as I know the NRL make the $$$ during the finals series including the Grand Final.

SFS because I would like to attend and as much as I love Leichardt so many tigers fans wouldnt be able to get tickets

I was at the SFS in 2005 when we knocked out Brisbane (how good was Hodgso's defence that day?!?). Tigers fans everywhere - we owned the ground that day. Would be awesome to replicate.

The finals series is as much about the health of the game as it is the clubs successes.

Therefor SFS is the only viable option from my point of view.

Watching the miserly crowd at Kogorah last year was a bad image for the game and every club has a responsibility to do the best thing for the good of the game in the finals series. Backwards attitudes like that o the Dragons last seson is why our growth is minimal and our TV rights are smaller

Can we have it in my backyard? Saves me going anywhere. Might be an attendance restriction but happy for anyone to come along if they can find a spot to sit.

Regardless of who we play, I would say we are a fairly good chance of getting 40k at the SFS - so we would be crazy not to play the game there.

I am fairly confident Tigers supporters would make up a majority of the crowd as well.

If our success rate is increased by playing at Leichhardt, I would want to play the semi final there against any other Sydney based team. If we are playing an out of Sydney team, I would have no qualms about playing at the SFS as our supporters will take over anyway and we would still have a home side advantage.

Or otherwise I would endorse the move to play in the backyard of NZ Tiger providing we are not playing the Warriors and provided I get a seat in the corporate box balcony close to the toilet facilities and bar (fridge).

Home final to be played at Sydney Football Stadium in all instances except playing the Roosters. The match should be played at Campbelltown in this instance.

This is purely based on:

- Standard and level of corporate facilities
- Ground and seating capacity

Leichhardt is the lowest ranked ground based on this criteria and should not be used for finals matches.

Leichhardt …..... this is where the players want to play it and I believe we would have our best chance of winning. The next home semi should be played at Cambo and alternate with Leichhardt every time after that.

The idea of a home semi is so you get a home town advantage. i don't feel that is best served by playing it at Moore Park.

i would honestly prefer leichhardt as it would pretty much garantuee a win in the finals…

... but i wouldnt mind it being at the SFS as our fans would probably overtake the place anyway...

I disagree and take players comments with a grain of salt. They are purely for publicity to justify the ongoing usage and hopeful upgrade of the ground.

Players used to say how much they loved playing at Campbelltown, but now the ground has been upgraded, they don't. See any correlation?

And away teams all used to say how much they hated playing at Campbelltown as well. Vote 1 SFS, Vote 2 Orana Park

People are kidding themselves if they honestly think we will play a home semi at Leichhardt or Campbelltown.

Sorry people, it just won't happen.
