Is it a glass roof?

Doesn’t look like it. Looks like fans will be able to stand on the toilet roof and watch the game.

If the roof was glass, they might also be able to see quite a bit more.

Play fulltime in Cambelltown and thatll be it for me ill cancel my memberships and find another team.

Why?

They'll never go full-time to Campbeltown. Maybe half games there. Too many fans and members all live in the Inner west and will be alienated, that's why it will never happen and why there's a constant stalemate with stadia.
A it will always be a combo of 2-4 stadiums. That's just how it is and will be forevermore

It could be worse you could follow an NFL team they can end up anywhere and if that's your attitude you're not a true WT'S supporter

Fans.. Wests Tigers should have 1 home ground..

Also Wests Tigers fans.. not that one..

2/3rds at Cambo would be fine, as long as the state government put the money into the stadium and people start turning out in larger numbers.

The stadium is very average. You can't even get your legs into the grandstand seats right now.

If the governments both State and Federal would throw the money in to build a Parramatta style stadium for the South West I would be happy to see 75% of the games there and a few at Leichhardt for our joint venture purpose.

Campbelltown in its current incarnation with a simple building of a new grandstand would not be in my opinion good enough. The South West is a growth area and needs a stadium of their own and we could be playing out of it.

Unless Homebush was reconfigured to a rectangular stadium as was originally proposed it is not a great ground to watch the football from, with the only benefit of it being able to hold the large crowds that we may get on Easter Sunday or God forbid a home final.

I want us to have a home and if it is Campbelltown then I will support it.

don't mind half the home games at campbletonw and a boutique game at Leichardt but use homebush as the other home ground.

I don't get too many games these days but both those fields translate really well on TV.

Less is more though.
Whatever works for the fans, I can get on board.

I know some hate a mix of home grounds but it works it doesn't alienate half your base either way, it is not a wise move. Maybe if it is 8 at CSS and 4 at LO it may work

Hi everyone
Been thinking about joining the forum for a very long time as I’ve been lurking now for many years. I have very strong opinions on this subject and I may be a little biased as I live in the Macarthur area and have Been a Magpies supporter since 1992 but am now a diehard Wests Tigers supporter. We really need to take advantage of the growing area out here. We have two great Junior leagues and a stadium that is next to a train station and minutes from the Hume Highway and M7.
I’m not trying to have a go at anyone but people who say if we move to Campbelltown I’ll hand back my membership are being quite offensive. Should my father and I have handed back our membership every time we have had games moved away from Campbelltown? We love the club and I would personally follow the side no matter where we played. I travel all over Sydney each year to watch us play and quite enjoy the 45 mins to an hour it takes to get to each ground in Sydney, it’s all part of the match day experience in my opinion Anyway I look forward to being involved with the forum.
Go Wests Tigers!!!
